We understand that things happen, and sometimes you need to cancel an order.
If you submit a cancellation and if it is approved, there will be a $20 per bird charge plus a charge for credit card fees to cancel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us at least 2 to 5 business days before the day when your order is scheduled to ship. We normally ship orders on Tuesdays.
Please note that we cannot make any cancellations after noon on Monday for orders that ship the following day (on Tuesday).
How to Cancel
Please follow these steps:
1. Send an email to email@example.com requesting the cancellation of your order.
The email must include the order number, the reason for the cancellation, and it must state that you agree with all changes involved in canceling your order.
If you do not state that you agree with all changes, please be advised that we will not cancel your order as requested.
2. We will do our best to respond within 2 to 5 business days with an email confirming that we received your cancellation request. Your order is not canceled until you receive an email confirming your cancellation request.
